What is a virtual assistant?

A Virtual Assistant or VA is, in the office world, known as a Personal Assistant. They are self-employed professionals who own their own business. They offer administrative, secretarial and support services on a remote 'virtual' basis, to a variety of clients on an ad hoc, regular or project specific basis.

We understand the pressures you are under and we work with you to free up valuable time spent on time-consuming administrative duties so that you can pursue the more pressing needs of your business.

Where and how?

VA's work from their own fully-equipped office, therefore saving you, the client, the costs of additional office space and equipment or, from employment costs and benefit payments.

You can outsource secretarial and administrative work to us using the Internet, phone, email and fax. Payment is made on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis, on a retainer for a set amount of hours per month, or on a 'special project' basis. You pay only for the hours worked and not for lunch breaks, holidays, sickness or time off for any other reason.
